 ~ BRAND NEW MEDITATION WORKSHOPS AT ZENUBIAN ~

Are you interested in meditation? Would you like to develop your practise? 

Come along to Introduction to Mindfulness classes at Zenubian in Hither Green and learn more about mindfulness in a friendly, supportive and non-judgemental atmosphere.

Mindfulnes has proved to significantly develop physical and mental health as well as boost happiness and well-being. It is also an effective way of relaxation, stress-relief and self-discovery. Many scientific studies have been performed over the last few years which outline the benefits of mindfulness in treating and preventing many psychological issues. These benefits are so overwhelming that mindfulness meditation has been adopted by many organisations and businesses.

Introduction To Mindfulness Classes:
Thursday, 28th June, 6.15 - 7.15pm
Saturday, 7th July, 12.30- 1.30pm

Open to adults at all levels, no previous experience required. 
No need to book. £8 payable on the day.
